退款政策

Welcome to Luvaine. Because our timepieces are custom-built and handcrafted to your specific requirements, our return policy is as follows:

1. All Sales are Final

At Luvaine, each watch is a unique creation. Due to the custom nature of our Seiko Mod builds, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or personal preference once an order has been processed and built.

2. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Goods

Your satisfaction and the integrity of our craftsmanship are our top priorities. We offer a one-to-one exchange if your timepiece arrives damaged or with a functional defect.

• Reporting Period: You must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receiving your package (as per the tracking delivery date).

• Condition: The watch must be in its original, unworn condition, with all protective plastics/films intact and including the premium gift packaging.

• Process: Please email us at luvainewatch@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage.

3. 1-Year Movement Warranty

Please note that while we do not offer refunds, your watch is protected by our 1-Year Movement Warranty. This covers the internal mechanical parts of the watch. If the movement fails within the first year of normal use, we will repair or service it free of charge. (Note: This does not cover external wear and tear, water damage beyond rated limits, or accidental impact.)

4. Shipping for Exchanges

If an exchange is approved due to damaged goods, Luvaine will provide instructions on the return shipping process. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the watch reaches us safely.
