  • Production Time: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your watch to be crafted, regulated, and quality-checked before it is dispatched.

  • Order Updates: You will receive a notification once your build is complete and ready for shipping.

Hong Kong Shipping

  • Courier: SF Express (Supports residential, commercial addresses, and 700+ SF Drop-off points/Smart Lockers)

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days once dispatched
