Production Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your watch to be crafted, regulated, and quality-checked before it is dispatched.

Order Updates: You will receive a notification once your build is complete and ready for shipping.

Regional & Worldwide Shipping

We offer free express worldwide shipping on all orders, with delivery times ranging from 5 to 12 business days depending on the destination. All orders are fully tracked and shipped via trusted couriers (such as SF Express and UPS).

Hong Kong Shipping

Courier: SF Express (Supports residential, commercial addresses, and 700+ SF Drop-off points/Smart Lockers)

Delivery Time: 1–2 business days once dispatched
